YIPES, YOU MIGHT HAVE PARASITES!

The thought of parasites can be a scary thought. But scary or not, many people have them.  And they can cause a host of problems. I thought I didn’t have them. Wow was I surprised when I started doing parasite cleanses. I had three parasites in my right eye, a number of them in my colon, and a “big village” in my sinuses. I did 6 rounds of parasite cleansing and still had evidence of them. I still need to do more para cleansing. My health has taken a great leap forward since I’ve been getting rid of parasites. I used to do juice fasts and get so hungry I could have eaten plaster off the wall. Once I started reducing the parasite population in my body, I could juice fast much more easily.

Parasites Defined

A parasite is an organism that lives and feeds off of another organism. For example, intestinal parasites are usually worms that gobble up your nutrition.

Roundworms, tapeworms, pinworms, whipworms, and hookworms are some of the interlopers you might have. (You can go on line and find a variety of pictures so you’ll know what to look for.) Since they come in many different shapes and sizes, they can hide out throughout your body and cause a wide range of problems. Some of them eat your food, leaving you hungry after every meal. Others feed off of your red blood cells, which causes anemia. Some of them can cause itching, irritability, and insomnia. If you have tried many approaches to heal your intestinal tract and relieves your symptoms without any success, parasites could be the underlying cause for many of your unexplained and unresolved symptoms.

How Do We Get Parasites?

You can contract parasites by traveling and consuming contaminated water or food. You may get them from a pet. It’s best not to let them sleep on your bed or lick you in the face. Undercooked meat can have parasites. Raw fish is a big source of parasites. I’ve worked with a number of people who were sushi lovers that had an overload of parasites. Only order cooked fish or vegan sushi. Walking barefoot can allow parasites to enteri your feet. Food handlers who don’t wash their hands can transmit parasite in food preparation.

How Do We Get Rid of Parasites?

You need to do a parasite cleanse. You need the right herbs to kill off the parasites. I highly recommend you get a Parasite Cleanse Kit. I’ve tried a variety of products and found one that works very well.

Garlic Wonder

carrots-spinach-apple-juiceParasites don’t like garlic. They also don’t like pumpkin seeds. Include plenty of these in your diet.

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled if not organic
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 clove of garlic

Juice all ingredients, stir, and enjoy!

  1. Does your recipe for Garlic Wonder perform the same purpose of ridding parasites from the body as the Parasite Cleanse Kit? Also, I’m assuming that I don’t peel the vegetables since you don’t say to peel them, correct? How frequently would I do the drink recipe and for how long? Would I actually know if parasites are dying in my system or being expelled? I’m not sure I would want a parasite coming out of my eye tear duct, how creepy is that! This article is great info as I’ve been struggling with itching in specific body places for over a year.
